Lorna, whilst short it was great to have met you and worked with you on such a important area about making the workplace a better place for women from ethnic minority backgrounds. You had such dedication and heart and crafted a great initiative we will look to do justice in your honour. You will be in my thoughts and prayers as will be your family and friends during this time.
