I never had the privilege of knowing Lorna personally but she was one of those people that you always saw around the BEIS building and you could say was part of the fixtures and fittings of the department. Lorna always looked happy and always had a smile on her face. That is how I will remember her. RIP Lorna. You will be greatly missed by so so many!
